POLICIES
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes, it’s necessary to cancel an appointment. We kindly request at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. If less than 48 hours notice is given, we reserve the right to keep your cancellation or full fee including gift vouchers.
We understand that emergencies do happen, so please do let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate you.
If you fail to show up to your appointment, a full charge may be incurred.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will still be charged.

No shows, late cancelling and running late for appointments will 100% be charged.
Booking & cancellation , we understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 48 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client . However, if you don't provide us with 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment you will keep the 100% of the treatment cost, this does include gift vouchers.
